The Tuition covers all expenses except for those listed below.
- The Yellowstone-Teton Caravan: $375.00.
- We suggest that each rancher has $125 in the Canteen Fund to cover miscellaneous expenses such as fishing licenses, laundry, and other personal purchases. Any unused funds are returned to the parents at the end of the summer. If the account has been overdrawn the ranch bills the parents directly.
- Airfare
- Note: The Wyoming State Sales Tax and travel from the Billings or Cody airports to the Ranch are covered in the tuition.
To apply for Elk Creek Ranch
Detach the application and complete the applicable portions of the form, indicate your session and optional activity preferences, attach the deposit, and mail to Elk Creek Ranch at the address below. In order to reserve a spot, we need to receive the application and a deposit of $1,500. If submitting an online application, a deposit must be received within 10 days of the application (payments cannot be made online). The balance of the tuition is due on May 1. If applying after May 1, the full tuition must accompany the application. The deposit will be refunded only if you notify us of a change in plans before February 1. For applications received after February 1, the deposit is non-refundable. Keep the Fact Sheet and Equipment List for your future reference.
A 10% discount will be offered to those signing up prior to January 1.
